About Chef Jamie

Chef Jamie graduated with Distinction from the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York  City. He has spent the majority of his life in pursuit of 2 things - the perfect roast chicken and the perfect song. After deciding that they were indeed one and the same  Jamie and his family settled in Nashville, TN where he has successfully opened 2 restaurants, with construction underway on a third. In 2013 he was named as one of the Best Chefs America.

Chef Jamie  appears regularly on WSMV, Nashville’s NBC affiliate.  He has also appeared on The Food Network with Bobby Flay. Currently development is underway on a series for PBS, tentatively scheduled to air in the Fall of 2014.
